1.  Your organization’s request (reference (a)) to conduct a Toys For Tots campaign in your community during the fall/winter of 2010, in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is approved.  This approval is contingent upon compliance with the provisions of references (b), (c), and (d), the forwarding of all donations and funds to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation for accounting and management purposes, the completion and submission of the report and photo of locally donated toys, and completion and submission of the annual campaign after action report to the Foundation no later than 15 January 2010.
   
2.   References (a) through (d) are available on the Foundation website (www.toysfortots.org) in the Coordinator’s Corner.  Re! ference (d) will also be distributed at the Toys for Tots Coordinator Conference in September.   Please review each document at the earliest possible time, and use each as a reference during the campaign to minimize errors and guide the conduct of the local campaign. 
   
3.   The current After Action Report is available on the Foundation website (www.toysfortots.org) in the Coordinator’s Corner.  If internet access is not available, a copy is provided in the SOP at Appendix Z.
   

4.  Request notification of the correct name, mailing address, phone/fax numbers, and e-mail address of the local coordinator to the Foundation whenever a change occurs.
